  • Email the class list with the weekly email, including schedule & location, link to lesson page, and (often) a brainteaser. If there are complications, like a club meeting, warn them about that. Also mention any upcoming events like class level dances they should be aware of.

During:

Beginning of the night & Walkthrus:
  • Get the badge box and relevant from the locker - it should have badges and pens and sharpies.
  • Get handouts from the locker- definitions for the current week and past week or two, the overall call list, and perhaps formations.
  • Put handouts out on the table for walkthrus. (It's also nice after the first few weeks to give the students a call list so they can check off what they want reviewed.)
  • Give out badges at walkthrus (or set them out on a table).
  • Take attendance at walkthrus.
  • Make sure there are enough angels to fill out the walkthru squares.
  • Try to keep Bill on schedule.
During tips
  • At , then at the start of the first tip give badges to people who didn't go to walkthrus. 
  • Take attendance at walkthrus and class. during the class
  • Make sure class get into every tip and balance squares as needed. 
  • While dancing or watching, keep an eye out for dancers who are struggling.

Class Meeting
  • Run class meeting.
  • Offer handouts at walkthrus & class  class meeting. Have the overall list of calls, the current week's definitions, definitions from the past week or two, and formations (at least after you start talking about formations).  
 End of the night
  • Collect badges at the end. 
  • Put away leftover handouts & the badge box.
