Existing students, please be nice to incoming students and "share" the furnishings and space fairly with them.
Every NSE Graduate office should have the following;
- an operating phone (one per office, not one per person)
- one desk for each student
- one ergonomically good chair for each student (that is, a decent adjustable height office chair with arms)
- a working ethernet jack for each student.
- WiFi coverage.
- Trash cans, and recycling bins appropriate to the space.
- Blinds on external windows.
- A reasonably well working printer within a reasonable distance with a reasonable number of users.
- Working heat, electricity, A/C.
