The large-scale IS&T Client Satisfaction survey is run about every 18 months, and contains four sections. A general section for all recipients, and three sections specifically targeted at faculty, students, or staff. Please take a moment to look at the faculty section of the survey:

  • Are there questions about topics that are no longer relevant?
  • Are there questions that should be asked or asked differently, but are not?
