  1. Exchange Server Configuration:

#BESBES:
There is a cost associated with a BES CAL (Client Access License) that needs to be recovered. Other higher education institutions provide BES CAL's to faculty and staff at a recurring basis (monthly or annual fee) to recover the cost of CALs as well as support cost for the end-users.

    1. How much should we charge for the CALs to the end-users at MIT?
    2. Who should be allowed to have CALs
    3. What policies and procedures do we establish for people leaving MIT?

#BlackBerry Memory: BlackBerry devices have finite memory footprint. If the user exceeds the memory limit by storing email messages from BES/BIS for many months/years. When the memory is full, the device will typically not receive future email messages. How do we mitigate this situation? (BES - Server Setting, BIS - user education)
