- Interested in joining a fraternity
- Interested in well kept house

- 18-22 years old
- Current MIT students
- Extremely time constrained by classes and activities
- Generally computer knowledgeable
- Looking for simple way to take care of house responsibilities
- Wants a consistent way to reserve common house rooms
