User #5 | - Took some time to find the importing options once the account was created.
| - Couldn’t understand how to change the name of the bookmark. Instead of just clicking on the name which would allow him to type in a new name, the user thought he should double-click or right click in order to change it.
- Didn’t know how to move bookmark from one folder to another, so he tried to delete the bookmark, and then create it again in the new folder.
| - Wanted to have a list of contacts to share the bookmarks with instead of having to go lookup the e-mail address.

User #6 | - Tries to click on the textboxes titled 1,2,3 explaining the steps need to start using the site.
| - Found bookmarking a webpage tedious because the user had to open the website in another window, copy the URL come back to our app and paste it.
- Wasn’t sure whether the “x” at the top of the bookmark window meant close or delete.
- Unclear about whether drag and drop takes you to another folder or keeps you in the current one.
- Wanted an UNDO option.

Prototype iteration
After testing our first iteration, we realized that majority of our problems came from not having an adequate error prevention. We classified our problems into categories.

Visibility
| - Users took long time to figure out how to import bookmarks from other browsers once signed up
- Users weren't clear which folder they are in or which bookmark is selected, which made them confused when they were supposed to perform various actions:share a bookmark(which bookmark), drag and drop the bookmark into the folder(but where are we now?)
| - In our first iteration we envisioned “Import from other browsers” to be placed in My account settings. However, that wasn't visible enough for users. We decided to have import button that leads you to the adequate page as an option every time user clicks on Add bookmarks and wants to add new ones. Then user can either choose to type in info about a single bookmark, or can click on the import button that would enable him to import bookmarks from other browsers.
- We added bookmark and folder selection highlights to help them see what's the state of the system and where are they now

Learnability
| - Most of the users, when asked to share a bookmark would automatically click on the Share button and nothing would happen because they haven't typed in the email address of the recipient
| - We decided to make this process easier to figure out, so that when the user clicks on Share without typing anything into the email box, little message is displayed explaining what the user is supposed to do
