User analysis
Identify the characteristics of your user population. If you have multiple user classes, describe each one.
Our users have:
- 55 ish + years of music experience from elementary and middle school
- College level (though perhaps just because that’s who we had to interview) education (probably not relevant)
- High technical level (probably not relevant)
- Own a laptop + micmicrophone
- Don’t necessarily own a smartphone
- Casual composer (produce a piece over a long time)
- Either gender
- The people we interviewed don’t own expensive composing software or electronic music hardware (though all of them probably have access to it from MIT anyway)High technical level (though perhaps just because that’s who we had to interview) (probably not relevant)
