h3. Templates Site in a Sitting uses templates, a set of stylesheets that dictate the look and feel of a site. The templates produce HTML, and the HTML may be edited by the user as they wish. A template usually has two page types, the front page and the content pages.  A template sets elements like:   a three-color color palette, number of columns on a page, location of banner graphic on the front page, and location of navigation menus. It's easy to customize the look of a site within the template so they don't look cookie-cutter.  [NorthEastern University has over 90 Site in a Sitting sites|http://edtech.neu.edu/create_successful/templates_program/], with a variety of looks. h3.
