Michael Minor is 20 year old junior who is a brother of Phi Kappa Sigma. His junior year has been his most difficult year, with very hard classes and multiple extracurricular activities. He is very devoted to the house but always forgets to do his house jobs. He loves watching college and professional football on Saturday and Sunday but does not have a personal television.

Interview Conclusions

Our interviews with current freshmen have revealed that one of the main problems that they had during Rush was that the Rush booklet which contained a schedule of events was very unorganized and a nuisance to carry around. One freshman remarked that he really wanted a mobile version of the schedule and was surprised that few fraternities at MIT had a good mobile-optimized version of their Rush schedule online. Interviews with current brothers have also revealed that the current system of getting and verifying completion of house jobs is inefficient and very easy to forget. Brothers remarked that it was a nuisance to keep the job email around and remember to send out an email. Previous and current house managers remarked that scheduling house jobs and verifying their completion was a hassle to do every single week. A universal remark was that they wished there was a much simpler way to do these tasks.
