My pictures of my summer trip to the Paracas Marine Reserve in Peru are posted here: Paracas Pictures.
Basically, the 1 1/2 hour trip on a speedboat involves:
1. Observing an etching denoted "El Candelabro," an etching of a candle on a coastal island of which its origin is unknown (Same idea as the Nazca Lines)
2. Visit to the Ballestas Islands, approximately 10 km off the coast, where many amazing species can be found (See pictures)
