After Week 1, use the information from the sign-in form to make an attendance sheet. This is also the time to make paper badges. 

A good attendance sheet will have 

  • Class member names
  • Class member emails 
  • What their student status is
  • If they've paid 
  • A column for each walkthru & each class
  • A column to keep track of how much they've missed

You should print this each week, fill it out on paper, and then enter the data into the computer. It is also useful to have notes on how many squares you had. When PE is running, also include a column for who stays for the review tip. 

Other attendance related things:

Add people to the class mailing list & interest list.
