Design 1
This design has a 3-column format. The left hand side contains the category bar and the right hand side shows the items currently in the user's cart. The middle of the view shows the product title and a large picture of the product.
Design 2
This design was for maximum efficiency. On the top resides the search bar. On the left is a category list. Clicking on each of these directs the user to products belonging to that category. This list of categories can be hidden using the arrow button. On the right side is a persistent shopping cart. On the bottom is the search results bar which shows products from the search that led to this product page.
Design 3
This design was for a mobile based interface (extreme design focus). The buttons and UI elements are large relative to the screen estate in order to accommodate touch interaction. The search bar is persistent at the top of the interface. Since the screen size is much smaller the amount of information present on the product page is reduced compared to the other designs.
