- ACCOUNT CREATION
- Accounts will be set up on an as-needed basis as an individual is added to a project and needs to contribute to the content within the PPM system.
- ACCOUNT TERMINATION
- People leaving IS&T will be converted to an External Resource
- People leaving MIT; will be removed from the Enterprise
- Rules for User vs. Timesheet user--at this time system does not give us a seperate count for different licenses
