ISDA provides several independent services to the MIT community, each of which has it's own support plan and information. This area is for the runbooks, escalation procedures, and other service configuration information used by the Application Management & Integration Team (AMIT). AMIT, in collaboration with the IS&T Server Operations team, provides support for many ISDA services.
Our regular support hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, except for Institute holidays.

OIS Server Operations has contact information to reach us in off hours in the event of an urgent event.
