BES:
There is a cost associated with a BES CAL (Client Access License) that needs to be recovered. Other higher education institutions provide BES CAL's to faculty and staff at a recurring basis (monthly or annual fee) to recover the cost of CALs as well as support cost for the end-users.
- How much should we charge for the CALs to the end-users at MIT?
- Who should be allowed to have CALs
- What policies and procedures do we establish for people leaving MIT?
