The goal of this design was to make everything readable and easy to use. Instead of having a link just be hyperlinked text like it might be on a website meant for computers, a link in this design is a large rectangle that listens for clicking along it's entire area.

The FAQ page and dorm/department select screens work functionally the same. Scrollable list of items placed in wide rectangles. This section allows the user to get information about dorms/departments and then find relevant students to schedule tours with

The calendar/events section had very few options, just showing the current day with forward/backward options. The thought behind this was that this app would be used during the tour and wouldn't need to notify the user weeks or months in advance for events.

This design was meant to be relatively simple. The Tour Guide's first name is at the top with the relevant information about him. The rest is listed out in a very straightforward manner.

At the bottom, the events/calendar show a three day "forecast" of the upcoming events.

Every option has a choice to go to a standalone page about the website sections.

Design 3 - Efficiency / Speed Mobile Design

The focus with this design was for an expert user to get where they wanted and what they wanted as quickly as possible.

The main page is splits the five distinct categories into huge, easy to hit buttons that require very little thought to press quickly. (Up, Down, Left, Right, Center.)

The tour guide's profile shows the Tour Guide's face (for confirmation that you're looking at the correct tour guide's page.) and his/her first name very largely. Names can be hard to remember, and this is a piece of information that might be desired quickly frequently throughout the tour to get the tour guide's attention. It also had basic information that the tourists could ask the tour guide about.

The selection pages (FAQ selection or dorm/department selection) both list the most common choices in larger buttons at the top of the page for ease of use.

When asking a question, the interface has three large options. A one-button switch for Anonymity on/off, the submit button, and the text input box.
