Q4

DCAD's total revenue for Q4 FY09 was $197,775.  The Q4 revenue was 61% over our budget goal of $122,767.  It represented a 45% increase from Q4 FY08.  This year we had several large projects (Idea Bank and Get Fit) that were very active in the 3rd quarter but did not bill until Q4.  The phased billing that we started in Q3 really kicked in this quarter and was another contributing factor to our high Q4 revenue.
 
DCAD had 122 active projects in the quarter, 47 of which were maintenance and managed hosting SLA's.  34 new projects were started in the quarter and 14 were completed.  During the quarter DCAD worked with 43 unique DLC's.
 
For the 09 fiscal year DCAD's total revenue was $482,682.  This figure was 2% under our FY09 revenue target of $491,066.  In looking at our lines of business the Development and SLA areas over delivered while our Consulting and Requirements areas under delivered.  This was to be expected as we were under by 1 Consultant FTE for the whole year plus under by 1 Consultant FTE for an additional half year.
 

Q3

DCAD's total revenue for Q3 FY09 was $89,730.40.  This figure includes a $5000 credit given to the MIT Libraries for unapproved development time in Q2.  The Q3 revenue was 26% under our budget goal of $122,767.  It represented a 51% decrease from Q3 FY08.  This year we had several large projects (Idea Bank and Get Fit) that were very active in the quarter but will not bill until Q4.  Last year we closed out several projects of Amon Horne's as he was moving to another IS&T team. 

DCAD had 133 active projects in the quarter, 47 of which were maintenance and managed hosting SLA's.  53 new projects were started in the quarter and 20 were completed.  During the quarter DCAD worked with 63 unique DLC's.
