Provisioning an MIT Touchstone application:

The following information should be gathered:

• The hostname of the application server
• The operating system and version number of the server (e.g. Red Hat Enterprise Linux version 4, Solaris SunOS walter 5.9 Generic_118558-21 sun4u sparc SUNW,Sun-Fire-V490)
• The type of web server and its version number (e.g. IIS 6.0, Apache 2.0.55, ...)
• Organization name (e.g. MIT Libraries)
• URL that describes the organization (.e.g http://libraries.mit.edu.ezproxy.canberra.edu.au)
• Contact email address for the server
